Instructional Classes

24-VII Danceforce is a public dance studio offering instructional classes in creative movement, ballet, jazz, progressions, hip-hop, jazz-funk, technique, break dancing, and Zumba fitness. We have something for everyone – beginner to advanced levels; ages 4 through adult.

At 24-VII Danceforce, we place strong emphasis on correct body alignment and posture, strength development, coordination and flexibility through knowledge of proper technique, terminology, music awareness and artistry – all while having fun in the execution of the art form known as dance.
